Can I return or request a refund on a piece of artwork I’ve purchased?

All sales are final. It is my priority to ensure you love the artwork you're purchasing. I do my best to capture the accurate color and detail of each piece. However, colors can vary on different screens. It is strongly recommended that you view the artwork on multiple devices before purchasing. When purchasing in-person, all sales are final.

When can I expect my artwork to ship once it’s purchased?

Artwork will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Artwork shipped domestically may take anywhere from 7-10 business days to arrive to its destination. We are not shipping internationally at this time. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. All original art sales are final. Exchanges, cancellations and refunds are not available at this time.

How do you package artwork for shipping?

I will do my best to package your artwork safely and securely so that it can withstand rough handling. Typically, this involves a whole lot of cardboard, paper, bubble wrap and tape. Once the artwork leaves my studio, I am not responsible for damage inflicted during transit.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Providing the correct shipping information is incredibly important and is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to review before the final shipping date. Orders cannot be refunded if it is lost, delivered to the wrong address or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.
